The Pitney Bowes DB200 is a practical addition to any office. Despite its size it will make light work of virtually any binding requirement, producing results to rival those of any print or copy shop.

Its flexibility allows you to bind documents of up to 540 pages in a variety of formats and anyone in the office can use it - simply place the content into your binder cover and place them in the machine. In no time at all your documents are bound and ready for use.

In fact you could produce up to 15 perfectly bound documents every minute - compare that to a trip to the copy shop!

Frosted. The standard frosted cover range gives you a coloured spine and back cover with a transparent front cover to allow you to personalise, display and protect the content. The covers are available in various formats - black, dark blue, light blue, dark green, grey, white, burgundy and graphite, in spine widths from 1.5mm to 54mm.

Executive Hard Back. For that special report, photo album, presentation or manual, where content is regarded as high value or deserves that extra protection and professionalism the executive hard back cover is for you – available in plain, windowed and print on demand - black and dark blue with spine widths between 3mm and 30mm.

Print on Demand. With the Print-On-Demand cover solution you can design your own unique cover and print them on your digital colour printer

Full Card Window. With this cover you can hide the content of the document displaying only a window of the first page of your document. These covers come in a range of colours and are used for confidential documents or reports.

Pitney Bowes binder covers are made from paper produced from sustainable forests - biological diversity and ecological land use being a prime focus in their management.

We use unbleached paper pulp, and prefer the use of PET plastic for the fronts of our covers. When it comes to printing, we mostly use offset ink derived from vegetable oils. Our covers are as recyclable to the fullest extent possible, and we consistently aim to use the most energy-efficient transport.
